Bromley Plastics operates out of a 130,000 square foot manufacturing facility with a rail siding on 13 acres. We are in Fletcher, NC right outside beautiful Asheville, NC. We have easy access to interstates, both I-26 and I-40. The Asheville airport is 7 miles away. Rail service is provided by Omega rail.
Bromley Plastics Corporation has extensive size reduction and extrusion capabilities with annual production in excess of 85 million pounds.
We maintain 7 extrusion lines ranging in size from 4.5 to 8 inch single screw extruders with both underwater and strand pelletizers. In addition, we operate densifiers, shredders and grinders, pre-blenders and post-blenders.
Our Quality Control department has melt index plastometers, molding machines and izod testing, plus ovens to determine filler content.
